This premiere by the Theatre of Nations sees the plotless Paul Pryazhko’s text become part of a total installation: at the hall entrance the public is divided into three groups, each group to be placed in an isolated tent, while the show is going on around. Dmitry Volkostrelov, stage director, and Ksenia Peretrukhina, set designer, work exclusively with contemporary drama creating a special language which aims at extending the concept of the theatrical arts. Their artistic duet was awarded the Drama Theatre Jury’s Special Prize at the ‘Golden Mask’ Russian Performing Arts Festival and National Theatre Award.
